A note on attribution. Celenara Group was founded in 2026. The engagements below were held by our principal in professional roles with the commissioning organisations named — chiefly Africa CDC — before or outside the Group. We list them because they are the substance behind our consulting practice, and we state the role in every case rather than implying corporate delivery.

Eighteen months embedded with the Public Health National Emergency Operations Centre — incident coordination for a 154-fatality mass-casualty event, seven concurrent outbreak responses, and three national plans that outlived the deployment.
