Grant & Proposal Development
End-to-end proposals, concept notes, logframes and red-team review
How we work
Most proposals lose on compliance, not content. We build the compliance matrix first — it is the evaluator’s opening checklist, and failing it means the technical content is never read. Methodology is then written to the specific scope of work, because generic methodology kills proposals. The executive summary is finalised last, so it reflects what the proposal actually says.
What we do
- End-to-end proposal development for foundations, bilateral and multilateral donors
- Concept notes and letters of inquiry
- Logframes, theories of change and M&E frameworks as standalone results architecture
- Independent red-team review against the published evaluation rubric
- Donor scoping — opportunity briefs and eligibility screening
Remote-first, and used to working across time zones against a deadline.
Track record
Celenara’s principal contributed to a successful US$300,000 Gates Foundation proposal.
Quality assurance
Nothing leaves Celenara without a second pass against a written standard: every requirement of the donor instructions checked off, headings mirrored to the evaluation criteria, every claim referenced, and all figures cross-checked between narrative, budget and logframe.
Fees
Scoped to donor complexity and budget size. We quote after a scoping call.
Is this the right fit?
Tell us the scope you are working with. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
