Hospitality is the only division where the product is delivered by a person, in a moment, and cannot be corrected afterwards. A late report can be revised. A cold welcome cannot.
Hospitality is a promise kept in person.
That is why we treat it with the same seriousness as a technical engagement: written standards, trained staff, and a defined idea of what good looks like — so the guest experience does not depend on who happens to be on shift.
